3D Visualiser - Master Developments & Towers - Consultancy

Our multi national ID and Architecture Design client has a new requirement for a seasoned 3d Visualizer to join their team in Dubai. Successful candidates will have extensive proven experience in Master Developments, Towers, Interior Design and Architecture on residential. commercial and high end hospitality projects in the GCC.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of 3D software such as 3DS Max, Sketch Up, Rhino
  • Knowledge of rendering engines Vray and Corona Renderer in addition to REVIT and basic AutoCAD
  • Expert in post-production Software - Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
  • Able to complete projects independently
  • Able to read drawings, plans, elevations, sections
  • Produce 3D visual images for interior architectural design presentations on various project types within master developments and tower projects.
  • Create 3D walkthroughs
  • Prepare 3D white model with preliminary cameras and lighting setup
  • Setup the realistic materials
  • Make the alterative changes based on designers' reviews and comments
  • Do the post render work in Photoshop for final adjustments and accessory setup.
  • Participation and contribution to joint design project teams to bring about transformational change by delivering a full range of 3D visualization support
  • Carry out other duties, as may be required from time to time by management


3D Visualiser Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Design / Architecture or related.
  • Must be an expert in the use of software * 3Ds Max / REVIT / Vray / AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and any other graphic or rendering software.
  • It is also required to have a working knowledge of different software and CAD packages related to the function.
  • Must be fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
  • Strong and fast rendering skills
  • Degree qualification is preferred
  • Confidence in working in a complex and international environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and very demanding deadlines
