Architect (Expert 3D renderer)

Our Multi-national Events, exhibitions and fit out client has a new requirement for 2no well experienced Architect with expert 3D rendering skills to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. Successful candidates will have strong Architectural design and 3D rendering experience couple with major project exposure in Events, exhibitions and fit out projects.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct, permanent hire opportunity with our client.

Responsibilities:

• Developing creative and innovative Architectural designs, plans, assembly details, and generate shop drawings for Events, exhibitions and fit out projects i.e. exhibition stands, event production, themed fit out, site elements, props, etc.
• Responsible to bring the creative intent to life in models, scale drawings, artwork, and design packages depicting the creative intent of a project and various show and facility elements of an attraction.
• Under the direction of the Engineers and Architects, formulate plans for the development and construction of themed destinations, attractions, and renovations across all Events, Exhibitions and Fit out projects.
• Direct and review Theming design from external vendors.
• Develop shop drawings for theming, facility and attraction in AutoCAD and other tools like 3DS Max to support the creative project development.
• Provide electronic 3D modeling services in Sketch up, Revit that accurately and clearly depict the Architectural design intent.
• Strong and fast ability to 3D render designs.
• Ability to assemble documentation into a presentation format utilizing Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and/or other digital formats.
• Ability to work with in house team and external vendors.
• Developing Production Drawings

Architect (Expert 3D Rendering) requirements:

• Must possess 3-5 years of extensive practical experience in the field as Architectural designer / 3D renderer
• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Very strong knowledge of SketchUp, modelling complex geometry - strong user of sketch-up plugins to improve speed.
• Very strong use of Lumion and/or Enscape is essential
• Strong and fast rendering skills
• Demonstrated experience in modelling masterplan with an Architectural consultancy is a must
• Strong in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• Confidence in working in a complex and international environment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team and very demanding deadlines
• Fluency in English
