Bid Coordinator - PMC - 3 Month Contract

Our Global Project Management consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced BID, Proposals and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on new projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a BID, Proposals and Marketing Coordinator working in engineering, construction or professional services company in the UAE.
This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3 month fixed term contract position employed as an outsource employee through J10 Consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral and presentations.
- Develop an understanding of technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by Sectors.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers and deal with changing priorities.
- Review RFPs and contribute to strategic win plan discussions with Market Leaders, Project Managers and Technical Leaders and develop various sections of the Strategic Win Plan (RFP requirements and schedule).
- Support the ME Proposals and Marketing team as required
- Drive proposal content update and completion
- Coordinate proposal formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading efforts
- Coordinate the review of proposal practices and initiate process improvement and knowledge management projects to streamline production
- Coordinate participation and entries for relevant Awards and Presentations
- Coordinate proposal and winning work KPIs by utilizing Power BI reports under the BD Clients & Markets space
- Update project photo library with high quality images and responsible for the collection of images and maintenance of the photo library for all staff
- Support the Proposal Team with BD-related tasks to support the prepositioning phase with the Technical Leads.
- Liaising with BGLs, PDs and PMs re coordination, issue, and review of data for Client Satisfaction Surveys
- Undertake market research projects on an ‘as needed’ basis
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Graphic Teams and provide graphics support in preparation of bid packages, prequalification’s (PQs), and requests for proposal/information/qualifications (RFQ/RFI/RFQ)
- Develop a strong internal network and contribute to the identification of the best resources for the project team and conduct Marketing inductions for new staff.
BID Proposals & Marketing Coordinator Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 3 yeas of proven experience in coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction or professional services organization
- Understand client requirements to facilitate effective proposal development
- Coordinate effective kick-off meetings, group status calls, ensuring activities enforce to the Proposal Development Plan.
- Demonstrate superior teamwork abilities and a willingness to jump in and help others when needed.
- Produce the successful development of compliant and driven proposals through effective collaboration across stakeholders (internal team, sub-consultants, etc.).
- Ensure quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.
- Accurate application of Visual and Writing Style Guidelines
