Our well regarded regional Real Estate Developer client has a new requirement for a well experienced Budget performance profitability and reporting executive to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Budget performance profitability and reporting executive for a Real Estate Developer or Construction Consultancy client. Candidates MUST have had relevant experience in the UAE or Qatar to be considered.

The client is open to actively relocating the selected candidates into KSA.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• A Budget performance profitability and reporting executive oversees all aspects of an organisations budgeting, financial forecasting and reporting function.
• Directs the development and evaluation of policies and processes that will support the short and long term financial objectives of the company.
• Implements operational processes for the annual budget and capital planning.
• Establishes performance indicators used to evaluate and analyse performance against budgets.
• Working with the Finance Manager and CFO in leading the annual budget activities (Operating, CAPEX and pro-forma balance sheet, income statement & cashflow statement
• Monitor month to month execution of the plan or as required by Manager / CFO and to make adjustments to the plan based on performance and / or other developments
• Forecast and re-forecast financial performance over the subsequent 4-12 quarters (rolling forecast)
• Study and analyse trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions
• Consolidate plans from various departments and communicate finalised plans
• Prepare various reports and presentations as required by management
• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and legal authorities
• Corporate reporting
• Analyse and evaluate the profitability of the company through analysis of expenses and revenues generated by the company
• Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to provide accurate and timely information to management
• Maintain and update databases as needed

Budget Performance Profitability and Reporting Executive Experience:

• Holder of a Degree/Master’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ Years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Native speaker of Arabic with communication skills in English
