Our regional Architectural and Interior Design consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive business development experience on Architectural, Interior design and Interior fit out projects in the UAE.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets in accordance with the sales plan, through the effective management of customer relationships. The Business Development Manager will provide a high level of customer service and account management to existing and prospective clients for fit out projects, events and exhibitions

• Achievement of sales revenue targets within timelines
• Number of effective calls and client meetings made per week
• Ensure client satisfaction levels
• Timely & accurate reporting of sales results and activities
• Achieve and exceed set revenue targets for the assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Business Development Manager Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivery in a sales role within Interior Design, Architecture and Interior Fit Out
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software
• Strong & effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and account management skills
• Awareness of event and exhibition production
• Experience of growing and developing new markets and products
• Relevant industry knowledge
• Understating of event cycles
• UAE driving licence is essential
