Civil Supervisor (Infrastructure) - Main Contractor

Our Leading Infrastructure Main Contracting client has a new requirement for a number of well experienced Infrastructure Civil Supervisors to join their team in Abu Dhabi. Successful candidates will have a proven background in infrastructure projects (Roads, utilities including stormwater, sewerage, potable water & streetlights)

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

Civil Supervisor Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Civil and Infrastructure projects including Roads, utilities including stormwater, sewerage, potable water & streetlights
• UAE experience is pre-requisite
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, Micro-Station is an advantage
