Concrete Batch Plant Coordinator

Our Global Project Management Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Concrete Batch Plant Coordinator to join their team in NEOM, KSA at a high profile Infrastructure & Build project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Concrete Batch Plant Coordinator for large scale construction projects ideally within KSA and/or the wider GCC.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing the production capability of the RMC concrete batching plant, including layout design, equipment installation, and infrastructure development.
• Coordinating with the design consultant, authority coordinators, and contractors to ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team for Procuring necessary machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials for production and operations.
• Coordinate and organize optimum day-to-day operations.
• Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing costs through a continuous improvement approach
• Coordinate production output, product quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to achieve the business goals
• Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.

Concrete Batch Plant Coordinator Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in coordinating concrete batch plant operations
• Proven experience of delivering for large scale construction projects
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
• Able to plan and coordinate operations to produce maximum efficiency and output
• NRMCA or ACI accreditation would be an added advantage.
