Continuous Improvement Manager

Our global Engineering consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA at a high profile project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Continuous Improvement Manager on large scale civil construction and housing projects in KSA and the wider GCC.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.
Key Responsibilities:

You’re a realist focused on quality without the sacrifice of productivity — a valuable manager who knows when it’s time to move on — and that time is when all criteria have been met.
- Expert knowledge of continuous improvement, work processes, work experience in engineering, procurement, or construction.
- Expertise in driving and managing changes in the infrastructure industry environment.
- Experience and a cultural understanding of project management within KSA.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentational skills.
- Experience of working internationally is a plus (preference KSA experience)
Continuous Improvement Manager Experience:
- Bachelor degree in engineering from Western accredited university.
- Completed six sigma black belt training and certification to lead six sigma projects, train and coach other personnel and complete problem-solving projects
- Minimum 15 years experience. At least 3 years’ work experience in six sigma (black Belt) on large-scale projects. Demonstrated proficiency with statistical and process management software and flow charting software or process mapping software.
