Facilities Engineer - Residential & Commercial

Our Regional Engineering client has a new requirement for a well experienced Facilities Engineer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Facilities Engineer on Residential and Commercial developments, projects and contracts in the UAE.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire role employed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure service maintenance in various facilities, which includes Civil, MEP, Landscaping etc. are executed efficiently.
• Performing preventive / corrective / routine maintenance in assigned facility.
• Directing subordinated/contractors to deliver facility management services including operating systems maintenance, repairs and improvements while providing technical guidance to resolve problems.
• Monitoring & controlling activities, ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are strictly imposed as per established contracts.
• Reviewing plans, specification and manuals for compliance with the appropriate service requirements.
• Preparing reports and findings of assigned facilities for the higher management

Facilities Engineer Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in field of Facility Management.
• Experience in various Systems & Installation in residential and commercial industry.
• A Background for a developer or Engineering Consultancy would be advantageous
