Foreman (Interiors & Fit Out) - Contractor

Our Interior Fit Out Contracting client has a new requirement for well experienced Fit Out Site Foreman to join their team in Dubai to work on Commercial, Office/workspace, hospitality and residential projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Fit Out Site Foreman for retail, hospitality and residential projects in the GCC.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and directing construction workers to ensure that work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
• Scheduling and coordinating work activities, including ordering materials, arranging deliveries, and ensuring that work is carried out in the correct sequence.
• Overseeing quality control: Ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and meets client expectations, and addressing any quality issues that arise.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations: Ensuring that work is carried out in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Providing progress reports: Providing regular progress reports to project managers including updates on work completed, work in progress, and any issues that arise.
• Managing budgets: Managing project budgets and ensuring that work is carried out within budget constraints.
• Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of work completed, materials used, and any issues that arise

Foreman - Interior Fit Out Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in luxury / high end fit out projects - at least 2 in the UAE on projects up to AED 50 million
• Proven related professional experience on Office, Commercial, hospitality or residential projects
• Proven experience as an Interiors construction foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Problem-solving abilities
