General Foreman - Main Contractor - 3 Month Contract

Our Leading Main Contractor client has a new requirement for a well experienced General Foreman to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on high profile new Civil construction projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a civil General Foreman for large scale projects with a recognised main contractor company.

This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3 Month Contract position as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, labor, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager, and other trades.
• Manage resource allocation (labor, equipment, and materials).
• Monitor progress and report daily work updates.
• Ensure site safety compliance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid work delays.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Assist in quality control and inspections with the QA/QC team.

General Foreman Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in building construction projects in the UAE.
• Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
• Proven supervisory experience on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and teams on-site.
