Heritage Architect (Archaeology Sites) - Consultancy

Our Award winning Architectural & Engineering consultancy client has a new requirements for well experienced consultant Heritage Architect (Archaeology Sites) to join their team in Riyadh, KSA to work on high profile projects across the GCC. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Heritage Architect working on Archaeological Sites and Sites of Historical Importance in the GCC.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conservation Architect with specific experience in master planning/design/works supervision/management of cultural heritage sites.
• Knowledge and use of computer and main software, such as Windows Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project, 2D/3D AUTOCAD, In Design, rendering software, Photoshop, etc.
• Coordinate project planning tools and tactile execution of projects;
• Support client requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project;
• Produce heritage constructability content for feasibility studies, functional and budgetary studies;
• Support and organize the production of technical estimates and documents required for construction approvals and permits alongside our Heritage Conservation Team;
• Develop work plans and monitor project budgets;
• Prepare and execute Construction Contracts and Change Management documentation;
• Collaborate onsite with Clients, Contractors, and Engineering partners.
• Knowledge and experience in the region

Heritage Architect Experience:

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience and at least 2 in a recognised International Consultancy
• Managing and developing Heritage projects, client facing, scheduling and coordination with design teams and other disciplines,
• Experienced in managing multiple projects to time and budget,
• Ability to work as part of a team
• An all-rounder with a key interest in having hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Language skills: English (Must)
• Excellent Revit, Auto Cad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and MS Office skills
