HR Recruiter - Consultancy - 3-6 Month Contract

Our Multi National Engineering Consultancy Client has a new requirement for a well experienced HR Recruiter to join their team in Dubai.

Successful candidates will have a proven background as a HR Recruiter working in a busy construction consultancy office engaging talent for high profile projects in the UAE and wider GCC.

This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3-6 month contract as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client is looking to engage a HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of Construction White Collar staff for both head office and project sites across GCC countries. The role involves talent sourcing, candidate screening, client coordination, interview management and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates
• Build relationships with hiring managers and projects
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and joining
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
• Coordinate with HR management
• Verify candidates against GCC eligibility requirements
• Stay updated on construction recruitment trends and regulations

HR Recruiter Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of HR Recruitment experience in the UAE, experience in recognised construction companies is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR, labor and hiring laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Effective communication skills in English & Arabic
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Strong sourcing, communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment target
