Joinery Factory Supervisor

Our Regional Interior Fit-Out and MEP Contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced Joinery Factory supervisor to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background as an joinery factory supervisor on interior fit out production developments, projects and contracts in the UAE.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire role employed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process; operating and coordination with the different department - production, estimation, commercial, purchase, logistics to ensure smooth flow of materials to projects and to ensure that projects are progressing commercially correct
• Assist Manager in organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
• Responsible for the performance and quality output in the factory; ensuring the finished product is as per the dimension mentioned in the approved drawings
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor in joinery work
• Knowledge of operating all kind of joinery machines
• Handling employees in production and assisting with production manager
• Problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills
• Experience in oversee scheduling and routine production activities day by day

Joinery Factory Supervisor Experience:

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor in joinery work
• Knowledge of operating all kind of joinery machines
• Minimum of 8 years of carpentry experience
• Background in interior fit out contracting company is preferred
