Junior Architect - Design Consultancy - 3 Month Contract

J10 Consulting has a new requirement for a junior Architect to join their team in Dubai to work on a new projects in the UAE and MENA region. Successful candidates will have experiences in line with the below requirements and have worked in the capacity of junior Architect or completed internships with recognised international design consultancy companies in concept design development and schematic design projects.

This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3 Month contract position as an outsource employed by J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involvement in design concept development and research
• Training and development with 3Ds Max modelling and construction
• Involvement in photoshop renderings for competitions
• Photography and layout of proposed models
• Construction of sectional models, office site models and a varied series of conceptual and schematic models
• Training and Development with Rhino models
• Responsibility of sectional and elevation drawings for submissions

Junior Architect Experience:

• Education: Bachelor in Architecture.
• Experience wise must have completed an internship with an internationally recognised design consultancy
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2d and 3d, Revit, Rhino, 3Ds Max and Sketchup is required along with illustrator and photoshop skills
• Experience of assisting in conceptualising and creative designing of a new build projects
• Experience in sectional and elevation drawings and models
