Our Award Winning Interior Design Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Operations, HR, Finance and Administration Management experience. Successful candidates must have worked in a design consultancy company and environment previously.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed directly by our client.
Responsibilities:
- This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a high growth organization within the Interior Design and Architecture field.
- This role partners directly with business leaders to manage all activity related to HR, Finance and Administration, linking talent and culture to the success and strength of the team.
- This position interfaces in all aspects of the business lifecycle to help the teams succeed throug focused initiatives and practices.
- The Operations Manager, is a team player and works directly with the Senior Management to support the overall success for a defined client group within the business.
- Review current policies and procedures and create and implement new ones in accordance with the General Manager
- Ensure adherence of policies and procedures by all employees across the organisation.
- Responsible for handling employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management in addition to salary process and overtime payments.
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organisation including employee contracts, visa processing overseeing the payroll responsibility with the HR Payroll Officer, expenses, annual leave, etc.
- Ensure up to date Labour Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business
- Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the organisation
- Manage Finance in terms of systems, FTA / VAT management, company accounts and payments
Operations Manager (HR, Finance & Administration) Experience:
- Post graduate training in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in business operations or administration.
- Understanding of Executive Recruiting practices, succession planning, training, and development resources, both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of assessing HR program effectiveness and creating & executing talent strategies that drive business results.
- Proven experience of financial management and administration.
- Experience of working in a busy design consultancy environment would be advantageous and preferential
- Ability to influence and drive change management initiatives required.
