Production & Estimation Manager - Events and Interiors

Our regional fit out, events and exhibitions production and contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced Production & Estimation Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive fit out, events and exhibitions production management and estimation experience on all size and fast-track fit out, event, exhibition and interior fit out projects in the GCC

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Will handle budgeting estimations, for events, exhibitions and interior works
• Schedule and plan project production
• Must have good written and spoken English (for mails to clients and reporting to MD)
• Experience in sub-contractor management
• Reporting directly to Managing Director.
• Reporting to you will be, foremen, project managers, technical and drafting staff, and all operations / workshop / site staff
• You will handle our high level estimation and tender production costings
• Work closely to ensure design / planning meets requirements
• Handle material requisitions, and planning
• Prepare timelines and schedules for all production works
• Ensuring project managers job sheets and details are done correctly
• Develop our production operations as the company grows
• Develop equipment, workshop and operational capabilities – maintain and organize
• Handle logistics and project planning
• Ensure on site work and practices meet HOX standards
• Control quality of work
• Report of budgets, work profitability
• Prepare interim production reports

Production & Estimation Manager Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant profession
• Work with engineers to interpret blueprints or conceptual drawings of the project
• Experience working as a production manager in the events, exhibitions, fit-out and joinery field
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English and Hindi
• Driving License is essential for the role
• Minimum of at least 3 Years in events, exhibition, fit out and joinery industry
• Ability to read and understand CAD design is essential
• Strong budgeting and estimation skills
