Our multi national Events and exhibitions contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced Project Co-ordinator to join their teams in Jeddah & Riyadh, KSA. Successful candidates will have extensive full life cycle experience on all size events and exhibition projects in the GCC.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator would be involved in the project from design to the delivery, nimble support in assisting the project and production managers on-site and sometimes in the production facility.
This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours & blue collars headcounts, organizing and participating in site general surveillance & site surveys, quality control, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The Saudi market has fast-track projects, temporary and semi-permanent events and Fit-out, sometimes involves heavy steel structure and concrete work, aggressive deadlines, and chaotic environment. The successful candidate would be an agile person with a great sense of social intelligence; This role has a potential growth for the right candidate.
The current projects are mostly entailing impressive temporary and semi-permanent builds for entertainment and mega cultural events as part of the Saudi Seasons in addition to other stand-alone events/projects.
