Project Manager - Interior Fit Out

Our Regional Interior Fit Out client has a new requirement for a well experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE for high profile fit out project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Fit Out Project Manager on F&B and Retail fit out projects in Dubai.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager for the execution of full turnkey interior fit-out projects ( Civil + MEP )
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Reach the deadline to deliver the project with minimum snags
  • Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Team, MEP team and Architectural Team in order to manage the Site condition and proper organized site Execution.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the Management and arrange a weekly meeting with the Team and solve the issues,
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and In house Teams of supervisors to execute the scope of work on Site.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Daily Site visit and understanding the Site issues.
  • Provide proper technique and handling the supervisors on Site for any delay in the projects.


Fit Out Project Manager Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in any related field; PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • At least 5 years of similar work experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects with at least 2 major projects
  • Must have project planning and execution on-site experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
