Project Secretary - Main Contractor - 3-6 Month Contract

Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Project Secretary to join their team in Dubai to work on high profile new build projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Project Secretary working on high profile projects in the UAE with preference given to those with prior experience in working for recognised Main Contracting Companies
This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3-6 Month Contract position employed as an outsource candidate through J10 Consulting.
There is an option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Take, type, and distribute necessary minutes of meetings.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office systems.
- Maintain project meetings and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Handle incoming mails, correspondences, and other materials.
- Organize internal and external events as necessary. · Manage incoming calls.
- Assist in setting up and maintain filing systems. · Liaison with internal and external contracts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally as necessary.
- Operate office equipment.
- Manage office space.
Project Secretary Experience:
- Graduate of Business Management or Secretarial Course.
- Five (5) years experience as secretary in Construction Company.
- Computer proficiency required typing speed.
- Knowledge in operations of basic office equipment.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Basic knowledge in document management.
