Property Manager - Developer

Our Multi National Developer client has a new requirement for a well experienced Property Manager to join, lead and develop their property team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Property Management experience within Real Estate Development markets.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed directly by our client.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Leasing & Property Management, the successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of the Property Management functions and will be responsible for the Day to Day Operations of the department. Main functions will include:
- Lead and develop the property management team
- Responsible for monitoring targets and business plans.
- Manage on-going changing legislative requirements to ensure the department is proactive in identifying opportunities for positive change.
- Identification and pursuit of potential clients, corporate occupiers and key partners for the company.
- Recruitment and training
- Ensure that lease management is carried out effectively to maximize occupancy, renewals and lease returns.
- Drive performance through the selection of appropriate KPI's, ensuring these are analyzed and followed up.
- Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate departmental status reports to meet the department requirements, policies, and standards.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the property management software system and ensuring that the processes, procedures, and systems in place provide accurate occupancy statistics, taking into consideration all variations of occupancy arrangements.
- Sustain a best practice corporate governance ethos.
Property Manager Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
- Minimum 6-10+ years of experience in Property Management.
- Strong working knowledge of the Real Estate market is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills; good negotiating skills; analytical skills;
- Innovative and forward-thinking skills;
- A global thinker, but able to act locally.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
