Quality Assurance Manager - Consultancy

Our global Engineering consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced consultant QA Manager to join their team in KSA at a high profile project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a QA Manager on large scale civil construction projects in KSA and the wider GCC.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to HSEQ strategy and policy for the client
  • Develop processes for quality management aligned to International Standards (ISO 9001), tailored to our clients way of working
  • Proactively drive quality management through our business, assisting our premises and projects in achieving high standards of quality
  • Create and deliver training and coaching to employees and sub-contractors on our quality requirements and Project Life Cycle
  • Liaise on behalf of client with external stakeholders
  • Provide support to external organisations involved in the audit of clients Quality Management System in order to maintain our certifications against ISO 9001
  • Manage the internal audit process for the HSEQ Business Support Team
  • Provide updates on the performance of our Quality Management System to the Senior Management team during management reviews:


Quality Manager Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Successfully led the QA team on numerous complex, large scale Project Management Construction Management programmes across a range of Client types and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Possess 10+ years' experience in delivering fully coordinated, multi-disciplinary Project Management and Construction Management projects in the capacity of QA Manager
  • Worked for an international consultancy for around 5-8 years and over 5 years of my experience has been in the Middle East
  • Proven experience of developing and directing quality strategies and management arrangements
  • Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001
  • Affiliated to a recognised professional body for quality assurance
