Sales Engineer - MEP Contracting Company

Our regional MEP Contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive business development experience on all size and fast-track fit out and MEP projects in the GCC

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets in accordance with the sales plan, through the effective management of customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will provide a high level of customer service and account management to existing and prospective clients for fit out & MEP projects

• Achievement of sales revenue targets within timelines
• Number of effective calls and client meetings made per week
• Ensure client satisfaction levels
• Timely & accurate reporting of sales results and activities
• Achieve and exceed set revenue targets for the assigned products and events in accordance with the sales plan
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Sales Engineer Requirements:

• Degree & Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to understand the core business activities
• Proven track record of delivery in a sales role within fit out and MEP projects
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software
• Strong & effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and account management skills
• Experience of growing and developing new markets and products
• Relevant industry knowledge and network of contacts within consultants and contracting companies
• UAE driving licence is essential
