Sales Training Manager - Real Estate / Insurance

Our Multi National Developer client has a new requirement for a well experienced Sales Training Manager to join, lead and develop their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Sales Training experience ideally within Real Estate Development or Insurance Industry for recognised Tier 1 businesses. Client is open to engaging with Training Managers from outside of these markets provided they can show a proven track record of delivering sales training goals and objectives.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed directly by our client.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure company staff are well equipped with the knowledge & skills required to do their job and maintain a learning environment that help them improve their skills and enable them to access learning through all the suitable channels that best match their preferred ways of learning
Sales Induction Training
- Ensure that newly hired sales staff are well equipped with the knowledge and skills required to achieve their targets by preparing & conducting the induction training program that includes but not limited to: Market Introductions & insights / Project Training / Sales Flow Training / Site visits / Role Plays / Written tests & sales assessments
- Ensure that all the content used in the induction is up to date
- Manage all the induction training logistics such as: Guest Speakers
- Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure smooth allocation of sales staff into their teams
- Meeting rooms, busses & site visits etc…
- Work closely with the Line Managers to ensure the OJT post the induction training is taking place
Sales Skills Training
- Work closely with HODs & line managers to identify areas of development for their respective teams
- Create and execute an annual skills training plan, (design courses if needed) to address the areas of development
- Identify underperformers through productivity reports and design programs to address the areas of pain
- Provide regular check-ins, online tests and skill assessments
Refresher training & New Launches
- Create and execute a monthly project refresher plans after coordinating with their HODs
- Decide the refresher training method (ILT/Digital) in light of the multiple factors such as how recent the project was launched and how complicated is the content
- Conduct new project launches to the existing teams
Coaching
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to address areas of development where training is not a relevant solution
- Provide individual/compiled coaching report to line managers and HODs
Managers Training
- Identify the areas of development for the team managers
- Design programs to address the areas of development identified through various TNA tools (Such as surveys, 1 to 1 meetings & HOD feedback)
- Design & execute Regular skills & in depth market knowledge training courses
- Conduct the relevant courses to ensure ongoing training program that is carried on post induction is properly executed
Sales Training Manager Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, Masters would be a bonus
- Minimum 7+ years of creating content / experience in reputable businesses or in a recognised training agency, at least 3 years in the Middle East
- High energy, people person, dynamic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Excellent team management skills and strategic mindset
- Ability to identify training needs of business and build training programs accordingly
- Excellent presentation skills.
