Senior Business Development Manager - PMC

Our Multi-National Project & Commercial Management Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have a proven background in leading the Business Development function for a Consultancy or PMC business with a proven track record of delivering project wins in the UAE and the wider GCC.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to effectively present information to a range of international clients
  • Working with large data sets and decipher multiple types of RFP models for the benefit of the role
  • Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of construction consultancy terms and principles
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Should have a good network within the site operations/site supervision space in the UAE and wider GCC, with the ability to attract key new projects. Ideally with strong existing client relationships.
  • Role will include the corporate strategy and growth around the site operations/site supervision market, and will be actively 'selling' services within the market as part of a growth strategy. 


Senior Business Development Manager - PMC - Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Good network in the UAE and wider GCC for business development
  • Capable of leading bidding strategies and potential partnerships in the market
  • Proven working experience in program /project & construction management consultancy business
  • Leadership and management skills with experience of leading a collaborative BD Team.

  • Communication & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Aware about strategic & alignment management
  • Decision making and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and graphic communication skills
  • Familiar with PMI standards
