Landscape Architect - All levels - Consultancy

Our International Design Consultancy client has new requirements for well experienced Landscape Architects to join their team in Dubai, UAE to work on new high profile projects across the GCC and Internationally. Successful candidates will have a proven background working in Landscape Architecture on large scale civil construction and beautification projects in the UAE and the wider GCC.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client. Salary is open based upon experience and we are looking to appoint at all levels from LA up to Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• This critical role will be responsible for creating, collating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), to ensure information and coordination integrity in compliance with project deliverables. Responsibilities Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Creating Landscape BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Liaising with BIM Manager and represents Landscape division for all BIM related issues.
• Coordinating with other disciplines, Project Managers, Engineers, Architects and specialist consultants.
• Setting up project BIM files for use by all users on a project.
• Maintaining and updating file templates for Navisworks, Revit projects and Revit families
• Monitoring BIM models for coordination and information integrity to ensure compliance with project deliverables and company BIM standards
• Attending project coordination meetings.
• Researching and testing new software and Revit add-ins to make recommendations to the Senior BIM Coordinator
• Maintaining and sharing BIM libraries in collaboration with counterpart BIM Coordinators in other offices.
• Contributing to developing BIM standards and workflows for best practices.
• Contributing to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge

Landscape Architect (All levels) - Experience:

• BSc In Architecture, Urban Design or related
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant career experience in Landscape Architecture
• At least 2 years of which will be working in the UAE
• Strong BIM and REVIT Proficiency is essential
• Previous experience working in a recognised Consultancy company is preferred
