Senior Project Manager - Developer

Our Regional Developer client has a new requirement for a well experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on VVIP Villa & High Profile Hospitality & Residential projects in the Emirate. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in project management and leadership of full life cycle VVIP Villa and high end residential and hospitality projects & developments.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire opportunity employed directly with our client.


Responsibilities:

  • In a true collaborative Project Management style, you will manage, develop, and coordinate the design and construction processes, ensuring that design and build plans are within functional project, budgetary, environmental, and legal requirements.
  • Driving development and delivery performance so that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security or quality
  • Directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build process
  • Planning and coordinating the operations infrastructure required for consultants, and contractors to function in a safe, secure, productive and collaborative environment
  • Validating project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisions thereby enabling escalation as necessary
  • Providing management and oversight of the construction and commissioning by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, supply chain delivery and sustainability


Senior Project Manager Requirements:

  • Degree Level (preferably) – Civil or Architectural building or similar
  • Work Experience>20 years’ experience in relevant Tier 1 Senior Project Management roles
  • Minimum of 5 years working in reputed Tier 1 consultancy companies specialising in VVIP villa and High profile residential & hospitality projects
  • PMP is essential
  • Strong, hands on ability to manage contractors, sub contractors and sub consultants
  • Full life cycle project delivery from cradle to grave experience is essential
