Senior Project Manager (Structures) - Main Contractor

Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their structural division in Dubai providing strategic and operational leadership for large scale, complex civil construction projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple large RC frame projects in the UAE and beyond having worked for recognised main contracting companies previously.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed by our client.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for leading and overseeing all construction operations across multiple projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Provides strategic leadership, manages senior project teams, and reports directly to executive management.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end construction operations across projects.
- Develop construction strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Provide leadership to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams.
- Review and approve project schedules, cost plans, and risk assessments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor performance.
- Implement HSE policies and ensure zero-incident culture.
- Resolve high-level technical and contractual issues.
- Prepare executive reports for senior management and board review.
Senior Project Manager (Structures) Experience:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in structural construction management across various project sizes.
- Strong and proven experience with reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundations
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and structural standards
- Experience working with consultants, inspectors, and authorities
