Senior Site Interior Designer (Hospitality) - Design Consultancy

Our Multi National Design and Supervision Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Senior Site Interior Designer to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on high profile new branded residential & hospitality projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Senior Site Architect on similar projects in the UAE. Candidates must have worked for a recognised architectural and design consultancy client in a supervision role as site architect.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Scope & Schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
  • Support integration of design packages across disciplines. Conduct design reviews and recommend solutions aligned with business & project goals
  • Oversee Inspections and QA QC aspects of project delivery.
  • Material and Sample Review
  • Site Supervision and Quality Verification
  • Mock-Up Inspection
  • Coordination with Other Disciplines & stake holders 
  • Quality Control and Non-Conformance
  • Material and Work Progress Monitoring
  • Technical Submittals and Site Queries
  • Hotel Operator and Specialist Coordination
  • Snagging, Handover, and Closeout
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Deliver ID mandate as part of the Project Management team, including stakeholder engagement.


Senior Site Interior Designer Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
  • Minimum 8-10 years overall experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and design review
  • Previous experience of working in a recognised Design and Engineering Consultancy.
  • Strong Site based experience working on large scale, high profile residential, hospitality or mixed use projects in the UAE is essential
  • Experience of closing out projects is essential
