Senior Sustainability Consultant - Consultancy - 6 Month Contract

Our Multi National Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join their team in Dubai to work on new build projects in the Emirates. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Senior Sustainability Consultant working on similar projects in the UAE. Only candidates with a track record of working for recognised supervision consultants or PMC Companies will be considered.


This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 6 month contract position hire as an outsource, employed by J10 Consulting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage complex projects and resolve complex project issues
  • Independent commercial management of projects
  • Generating multiple instances of repeat work with clients
  • Preparation of proposals and seeking and winning new work with existing clients
  • Client oriented and contributes to commercial success of the division
  • Development of strong relationships with existing clients through project delivery
  • Provide guidance and leadership to more junior team members and provide formal mentorship
  • Industry leadership through participation in industry professional groups and conferences


Senior Sustainability Consultant Experience:

  • Ideally qualified to MSc degree level with relevant academic or with post academic professional qualifications (LEED / BREEAM etc) to carry out the role
  • Generally, a minimum of 4-8 years of professional experience
  • Extensive experience and high-level competencies in specialised areas
  • Contributes valuable insights to projects
  • Hold responsibility for the overall delivery of the project
  • Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to more junior team members
