Show & Rides Coordinator - Theme & Water Parks

Our global Engineering consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced consultant Show & Rides Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, KSA at a Water Theme Park project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Show & Rides Coordinator on large scale Theme and Water Park projects.
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent placement with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in overseeing the construction/installation operations of all Theme Parks rides performed by contractors and sub-contractors as part of the Theme Park assets delivery to ensure compliance with agreed schedules, specifications and standards.
- Assist in the review process of rides installation plans including but not limited to execution plans, schedules, manpower reports, drawings, and maps to ensure compliance with approved portfolio plans, designs and budget.
- Assist in rides installation feasibility studies and design development in coordination with the Development team.
- Support with the oversight of rides construction/installation activities of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure work is performed according to industry best practices, international codes and planned timelines.
- Support with day-to-day on-site rides construction/installation operations management and advise on technical, logistical and administrative issues in order to ensure seamless assets delivery.
- Support with the development of daily, weekly and monthly progress meetings with contractors and sub-contractors in order to form a clear and complete view of asset delivery progress.
- Participate in periodic meetings with other members of the Construction team and the Development and Project Controls teams to discuss potential improvements and issues resolution.
- Support with the development of periodic updates and progress reports to ensure coordination between assets delivery to be shared with PMO.
- Assist in design quality assurance audits in coordination with PMO to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards.
- Assist in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audits in coordination with PMO to ensure compliance with HSE construction requirements.
- Support with the development of regular progress updates to ensure synergies and coordination between all contractors and sub-contractors involved in project and to establish clear objectives and milestones in cooperation with the Project Controls team.
- Working Experience in Aconex Document Management System.
Show & Rides Coordinator Experience:
- Proven track record of working as a Show & Rides Coordinator on large scale Theme & Water Parks projects.
- Previous Engineering consultancy experience is preferred
- 7-12 years of relevant experience as a Show & Rides Coordinator
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- PMP or similar is preferred.
