Site Administrator (QA/QC & Materials) - Main Contractor - 3 Month Contractor

Our Tier One Main Contracting client has a new requirement for a well experienced Site Administrator to join their team in Dubai. Successful candidates will have extensive Site Administration experience handling QA / QC and Materials logs on large scale construction and interior fit out projects. Candidates must have relevant experience in working in a busy main contracting or interior fit out contractor environment for a recognised contracting company


This role is available for immediate joining and is an initial 3 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage site QA/QC and Material log documentation, including daily reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and files.
  • Ensure that all administrative activities are aligned with company policies and project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between site management, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Ensure effective communication of site updates and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of material deliveries, equipment usage, and worker attendance.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress and expense reports to management.
  • Track and document permits, material inspections, and compliance reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and supplies.
  • Assist in procurement and manage delivery schedules.
  • Organize site facilities and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company protocols on-site.
  • Maintain records of safety training, incidents, and preventive measures.
  • Support site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards


Site Administrator (QA/QC & Materials) Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or project management is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
