Site Project Secretary - Main Contractor - 6 Month Contract

Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client has a new requirement for a well experienced Project Secretary to join their team in Abu Dhabi to work on a high profile new villa and mansion project. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Project Secretary working on high profile projects in the UAE with preference given to those with prior experience in working for recognised Main Contracting Companies and using A-Site Software
This role is available for immediate joining and is hiring on a temporary to permanent basis as an initial 6 month contract position, outsourced through J10 Consulting, with the option to transfer to staff after 6 months to suit all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Take, type, and distribute necessary minutes of meetings.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office systems.
- Maintain project meetings and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Handle incoming mails, correspondences, and other materials.
- Organize internal and external events as necessary. · Manage incoming calls.
- Assist in setting up and maintain filing systems. · Liaison with internal and external contracts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally as necessary.
- Operate office equipment.
- Manage office space.
Project Secretary Experience:
- Graduate of Business Management or Secretarial Course.
- Five (5) years experience as secretary in Construction Company.
- Computer proficiency required typing speed.
- Knowledge in operations of basic office equipment.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Basic knowledge in document management.
