Structural Draughtsman (Precast) - Consultancy

Our well regarded Multi National Design & Engineering Consultancy client has a new requirement for a well experienced Structural Draughtsmen to join their team in Dubai. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Structural Draughtsman working on civil build and high rise projects, candidate must have experience in pre-cast concrete draughting and detailing and have worked in recognised consultancy companies.

This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed precast concrete drawings, including shop drawings and layout plans, using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to develop and revise designs based on project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet all technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or contractors.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including material lists and schedules.

Structural Draughtsman Experience

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Structural Draughting and Detailing, at least 2 years experienced in precast
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete design and construction processes.
