Training Manager (Non Sales)

Our Multi National Developer client has a new requirement for a well experienced Training Manager (Non Sales) to join, lead and develop their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have extensive Corporate Training experience ideally within Construction, FM or Real Estate Development markets for recognised Tier 1 businesses. Client is open to engaging with Training Managers from outside of these markets provided they can show a proven track record of delivering training goals and objectives.


This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed directly by our client.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing training activities across Gulf region.
  • Implementing and developing training tools and programs.
  • Creating Instructor led training programmes & E-learning
  • Preparing yearly training calendar and budgets that will meet all the training needs.
  • Identifying training needs and key performance indicators.
  • Delivering training
  • Designing and developing methodologies
  • When required, will also be responsible for delivering specific coaching in the field.
  • Monitor and report on activities, performance and training feedback to direct manager.


Training Manager Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputed university, Masters would be a bonus
  • Minimum 7+ years of creating content / experience in reputable businesses or in a recognised training agency, at least 3 years in the Middle East
  • High energy, people person, dynamic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Excellent team management skills and strategic mindset
  • Ability to identify training needs of business and build training programs accordingly
  • Excellent presentation skills.
